Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) with at least 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized university.
Candidates with a Master’s degree in other disciplines (e.g., Social Sciences, Humanities, or Management) may also apply, provided they demonstrate a strong research interest in law-related topics.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with exceptional academic records and research potential may also be considered in rare cases.
Admission Process:
Applicants must submit a research proposal along with their application.
Shortlisted candidates are required to appear for an interview and/or written test conducted by NUJS.
Final selection is based on academic qualifications, research proposal quality, and performance in the interview/written test.
